Recently I attended a Bob Dylan concert. During the last song, everyone pulled out their lighters and put them in the air.

After years of attending outdoor concerts, I have noticed one flaw in the famous tradition. Wind.
Waving around a lighter in the air can get better. We need something to protect it.

A thin glass tube around the base of your Bic that can be slid up to contain the flame. It would be open on the top so that it has oxygen still,  but has stronger resistance to stand up to wind.
