It is the same concept of a backpack, it would go over the back of the seat, possibly with an elastic strap that goes around the seat, but somehow safely attached. The hose would go around the drivers right side so that it would be easily accessible with one hand. Being on the right side keeps it out of risk of getting tangled in the seatbelt or door, neither being good things. In the first picture you see that the bag is flat on the bottom. I would change it and have the bag come down to a point and have the hose go all the way to the bottom, to avoid sucking up unwanted air.
Car Camelback
We have so many laws about what you cannot do while driving because it poses a threat by distracting the driver, such as texting, holding your phone while talking on it, having both headphones in, the list goes on. But what about drinking beverages. Think about it; a water bottle can be very tricky while driving if it is not a sports top bottle. You have to hold the bottle in one hand and twist off the cap with the other. That requires two hands, and if people are busy doing that, then who is controlling the car? There has to be a better system to staying hydrated while driving. I figured a CamelBak was a perfect example of how to keep one hand free. If only we applied one of these to the back of the driver's seat, then road trips would be much safer.
